Parties at Apple Blossom Village

The party is based on a 2-hour time slot in a semi-private party room (With the exception of the “Buy the Farm” Package.). There is a minimum of 10 children. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days of booking. A 6% PA Sales Tax and 15% Gratuity is added to the final invoice. Additional food, activities, piñatas, and cakes are extra. No outside food or drinks are allowed. With the exception of: You may bring your own cake, but must provide all utensils, napkins, plates and candles. All parties are strictly 2 hours.  Additional playtime can be purchased in playplace for an additional fee.

Pinatas – All piñatas come filled with candy, and bags are included. Pinatas are suitable for 10-15 children. Additional candy is available for purchase.

Cakes - Apple Blossom Village offers a wide variety of Homemade cakes. We make them on the premises and provide paper products and utensils in the price. Candles are not provided, but can be purchased. Special themes are available and can be added to your cake.

Invitations
Need invitations? We offer Apple Blossom invitations for only $3.00 for 10 invites. This option can be added to your final bill.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash for final payment. A check payment can be used for deposits only. (All returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be made 3 weeks (21 days) prior to party date in order to be rescheduled or receive a gift certificate. Any cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to party date, will have deposit forfeited. In the event of serious road conditions due to snow or ice, event may be rescheduled in any available time slot.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days of booking party. The basic party is based on a 2- Hour Party. An hour is allotted for playing and an hour for food/cake. Extra time can be added if more paint is purchased. FIELD PAINT ONLY! Additional food and drinks can be purchased if necessary. You may bring your own cake, but no other outside food is allowed.
